Playing the Parents

So today we had the first case of parent play (well the first obvious one, and the first one that was just way to funny!)

The kids were eating almonds with dinner and Baila Nechama wanted more I said "no its time for bed" B.N said "no want more almonds" I said nope bedtime. She said "my ask Tatty!" I said no Mommy said "no" she said but me ask Tatty! I said fine ask Tatty but he's going to give you the same answer. So she says "tatty" in her sweet sweet voice as she walks around to the other side of the table where Avi was and she said "I sit next Tatty!" so she climbs on the chair and looks at him with Puppy dog eyes and says "my want peanuts" (we had been talking about all diff nuts) Avi said what did Mommy say? so she said "mommy say NO" so he said what do you think I should say. She whined at him "but I ask..." we ended up telling her if she got in Jammies she could have some nuts, I've never seen her get her diaper changed and change into PJ's that fast! LOL
