Park

We had a lovely day! This morning we had a Developmental follow up appointment for each of the kids, went well B'h. Then we got to go see the nurses at West Penn. Oh yeah the appt. was around the time they normally eat breakfast so I just packed the food and fed them there! did I mention that I went all by myself? YES its a big big thing for me! I'm pretty proud actually we did it and did it without to many tears (mine or the kids ;) ) It was fun actually! so anyway I did that then we came home and the kiddos naped and I had some Mac and Cheese for lunch. When they woke up we went with the Shkedies to the park, at the park there was this sprinkler/fountain the to play in. The twins had a blast (I did to!) both kids got soaked! Baila Nechama was crawling all around! she even put her self on top of a jet at one point! Then we played on the Swings to dry off a bit. Changed them and came home! Avi had to go trade the rental car for our van which is B'h now fixed (did I mention the AC went on our brand new van (uggh) anyhow so while he's out getting that I fed the kids and put chicken in the oven. Now I'm going to attempt baths and bedtime! Wish me luck!

Its a great feeling to have done so much today! I'll try to get pictures up later! some of them came out really really cute

Last post for now

we had a lovely picnic in the park yesterday: tuna pattie sandwiches yummy but not as yum as my twins. baila nechama was especially cute, she crawled to the edge of the blanket and touched the grass looked back at me as if to say is it ok? and then took off crawling on it! she also realized she could pick flowers and grass (and she thought they looked good enough to eat!) We also went on the swing and slide! I wan't to do somethign again tonight it was so lovely to get out as a family! I have no clue what to make for dinner though we are way to complicated. No white flour, no sugar, no potatos, no white rice, no cheese, no meat, no chicken, no fish not much eggs i think we are having air for dinner lol

Lack of sleep

I've always been the kind of person who needs lots of sleep, 10hr minimum for me to function (or so I thought) if these guys have taught me anything its that sleep is a luxury not a necessity! Yep it is possible to survive and function to a high degree on only a few hours of sleep. I'm living proof. Now lack of sleep probably contributes to my snapping at my husband and having a very messy house but I am functioning. My twins are fed, played with, taken for walks. I even do clean my house, make dinner and spend time with my husband (and I do try my best not to snap or be crabby, but as I said its a work in progress.)

B'h now they are getting better about sleeping in the beginning when they came home I'd literally sleep for 1hr at a time and then be up for 2+ now that was torture but I made it through that so I know I'll make it through this as well! and boy do I love those two so its all totally worth it!

She loves this toy, see the book she has her hands on I need suggestions for how to cover the traif animals! Do you want proof of just how tired I am? I typed Traif and it came up as spelled wrong so I tried to spell check it!

So the other day Baila Nechama was teething really bad so I gave her an unopened freeze pop to chomp on BUT I'd accidentally opened it and did not realize she had blue dribbling down her chin while furiously sucking on it! LOL she was not impressed when I took it away from her! though the ones that are really closed that I gave her she enjoys also!
